The Walkthrough
A consultation can be useful when a full home inspection is not necessary. There are many reasons for this, including budget concerns.
You may also simply need a specific area addressed and have questions about one system of your home and not require our full services. We are available to help you.
In a walkthrough consultation, you might wish to have a checklist of things to look for printed out, and take notes as we go along. The consultation may be only verbal, and so we encourage you to take notes as we go along.
A walkthrough consultation is a great way to get to know your home, and have an impartial professional answer any and all of your concerns. Your home is your baby! It’s perhaps your largest investment, and it’s also a combination of systems that work together in a fairly complex manner. No one expects you as a homeowner to know everything about your home at first glance — How could you? We take pride in helping you understand what to look for before a major issue arrises. What sounds are perfectly normal, and which ones are cause for concern, for example. Or where to look for water damage, and when it is most likely to occur. What electrical damage might look like, and how to tell if you are experiencing surges.
It’s Your Home — Get to Know the Ins and Outs
All the systems and hidden problems are simply a consultation away. Once you know what to look for, you’ll be able to diagnose issues before they arise and become huge and expensive problems.
You don’t always need a full home inspection. Sometimes simply a consultation is enough. And at Two Peaks Home Inspection, we are more than happy to provide our professional knowledge to help you get to know your home.
